No. Restore Creation does not currently own or operate project land. The farm, retreat, First Fruits Pavilion, agricultural systems, memberships, structures, and related ventures described on this site are a vision in planning and preparation.
No. There is no operating farm, visitor program, public event schedule, retreat lodging, or on-land enterprise today. The current work is learning, planning, design, documentation, and preparation.
The intended setting is rural Florida, with planning historically centered on the Myakka City area. Until land is actually acquired, the site should not imply ownership of a specific parcel or treat an exact location as settled.
No. The envisioned retreat is not a timeshare, a real-estate ownership interest, a conventional hotel, or a promise of unrestricted access. It is being explored as a limited, recurring relationship with the land and mission, subject to future legal, operational, hospitality, and land-use decisions.
No. There is no active membership offer, public pricing, reservation system, or approved set of member rights. You can express future interest and follow the journey while the concept develops.
Christian faith is the foundation of the calling and the standard Rob and Josie intend to use when evaluating stewardship, truth, work, hospitality, community, and future ventures. The site states that testimony openly without using faith to pressure visitors or discourage thoughtful scrutiny.
Future planning has explored Florida-suited food forests, seasonal gardens, cattle, sheep, chickens, potentially pigs in appropriate areas, fish or aquatic systems, and other productive elements. The actual mix must depend on the land, climate, animal welfare, law, capacity, and responsible site-specific design.
There is no public opening date. Timing depends first on land and then on permitting, design, infrastructure, finances, construction, agricultural development, staffing, insurance, and responsible operating capacity.
It is a future gathering structure envisioned for worship, prayer, Bible study, shared meals, teaching, fellowship, and community. The current working dimensions and floor plan are conceptual and may change.
The best current step is to follow the journey and choose the kind of updates that matter to you: general updates, future retreat interest, prayer/support, regenerative learning, or potential partnership. The project is not presenting a public investment or membership offer at this stage.
